Aspects including carpentry, leadlight windows, complex concrete and steel construction, iron roofs and carved lintels are all finished by hand.

Clifton & Central was the perfect location for my business given that all my current clients are from the area. I wanted a space located in a quiet area, but still within an active community, and this is exactly what Clifton & Central offers.
The building is contemporary and still very much in line with the heritage character of Mt Lawley. Coming from a French background, the European feel of the coffee shop and the social neighbourhood makes me feel just like at home.
